Greg’s Bio
I’m Greg Ray, a full time outdoor consultant. I am very fortunate that I was able to turn my passion into my profession. I started my Outdoor Connection franchise as Fish and Hunt the World LLC in September 2004 to help support my hunting and fishing habit. In 2005 I was fortunate enough to secure Outdoor Connection’s “Rookie of the Year” and “Franchise of the Year” and in doing so became the first person to claim both awards in the same year, it was at that time I took the leap of faith and left the corporate world behind to start working my business full time.
I contribute my success to my focus on my customers and paying attention to their needs, thus ensuring they truly have an Adventure of a Lifetime.
I am a member of several conservation groups, including: NWTF, Delta Waterfowl, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation BASS, Billfish Foundation and the National Rifle Association.
I have been able to share my love of the outdoors with my wife Deborah and our two children, Madison and Eddie. Combined we have had the good fortune to travel and personally experience many of our outfitters in, Alaska, Argentina, Africa, Costa Rica, Belize, Nicaragua, Mexico, North West Territories, Quebec, as well as numerous states in the U.S.
